We offer training to new and old subscribers in various ways. You can book your preferred option below:
- through tutorials: there are video tutorials available for each part of Twine. You can access them on the "Get Started" page when you receive your account details.
- by phone: you can book a ca. 45 minute phone call, to have your questions answered and problems solved.
- via online call: join us on Jitsi, a free online web video chat service.
- through site visits: if you require more personalised support, we can arrange an in-person site visit to your venue, setting up and using your Twine account with your team. Please be advised that this option is subject to availability. In addition, we offer two visits for free for each subscription year, but will charge a nominal fee plus travel cost from the third visit onwards.
