We offer training to new and old subscribers in various ways. You can book your preferred option below:
- by phone: you can book a ca. 45 minute phone call, to have your questions answered and problems solved.
- via online video chat (Jitsi); You can book an online session here. This lets us see each other and share screens to very clearly explain everything and answer questions.
- through site visits: if you require more personalised support, we can arrange an in-person site visit to your venue, setting up and using your Twine account with your team. Please be advised that this option is subject to availability and carries a cost.
The vast majority of our training is done via Jitsi but we try to be as flexible as possible!
