We offer training to new and old subscribers in various ways. You can book your preferred option below:

- through tutorials: there are video tutorials available for each part of Twine. You can access them on the "Get Started" page when you receive your account details.

- by phone: you can book a ca. 45 minute phone call, to have your questions answered and problems solved.

- via online call: join us on Google Hangouts, the free conference call service, for a two-hour tutorial of Twine.

- through site visits: if you require more personalised support, we can arrange an in-person training on your premises, setting up and using your Twine account with your team. Please be advised that this may not be available at all times.
